Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles across our retail shops and guest services. Starting wage is $20/hour with Full Time hours available, and a minimum age of 18. Housing may be available, and employees enjoy ski passes, discounts, and strong training.

Join our team to provide exceptional guest service, assist customers with equipment, and help guests enjoy their mountain experience. A flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops

• Explain to guests how tooperaterental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates tomaintainsafety standard
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
• Other duties as assigned

A Rental Associateteam member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights,holidaysand weekends

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
