• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers delivering producibility across programs.
• Drive early manufacturing integration and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineers, suppliers, and customers.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and layouts for production readiness.
