Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or closely related STEM field). Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of electromechanical engineering experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and support program development and execution.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to employees.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and training of staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals, salary planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Promote customer focus and be the technical conscience for the program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
