American Family Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to care for patients within the scope of training and agreement. The APP collaborates with other providers to maintain efficient patient flow and high satisfaction at a franchised location.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified – (with 1 yr ER/UC experience preferred).
• Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate.

• Perform health histories, review records, develop medical assessments, and order labs and imaging.
• Formulate medical diagnoses and referrals to facilities and resources.
• Institute emergency measures and stabilization for critical conditions.
• Interpret patient data to determine status and treatment.
• Provide health care guidance to patients and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
