Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as main point of contact for patients, providers, and staff via phone, in person, or electronic channels.
• Registers and pre-registers patients; verifies demographics, insurance, and eligibility in the EHR.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments across service lines; verifies eligibility and authorizations.
