Job summary

Intel—Advanced Packaging Technology Development team seeks a Manufacturing Technician in Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing. The role involves data-driven equipment adjustments, preventive maintenance, and production optimization within the APTDSWA organization in Phoenix, AZ.

You will lead training, safety initiatives, and coordinate with Module Engineering to run experiments and collect data.

Qualifications

• This position requires an Associate degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical training.
• Candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience or military technical experience are preferred.
• Industry experience in equipment maintenance or related technical field is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate operating data to adjust equipment online for efficiency and quality.
• Run lots qualitatively, maintain high standards throughout production.
• Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage spare parts, and support production operations.

Education

Associate degree in a STEM field

High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1+ year Technical/trade certification

High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience

High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years of military technical experience

High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or a closely related technical field
