Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the APTDSWA team in Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing. You will perform setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance while collecting data to optimize processes and support continuous improvement.

The role includes training responsibilities and safety participation. The position requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience, with preference for hands-on manufacturing or military technical background;

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a STEM field.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 1+ year technical/trade certification.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 1.5+ years hands-on manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 1.5+ years military technical experience.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 1+ years in equipment maintenance or a closely related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance of tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collect and evaluate operating data to optimize processes and drive efficiency and quality.
• Lead improvement initiatives and address nonstandard events on the production line.
• Manage buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and maintain training manuals.
• Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities to ensure a safe workplace.
