Job summary

Intel in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an APTDSWA Manufacturing Technician to support advanced substrate packaging. You will work with the Advance Packaging Team to operate production lines, perform setup and calibration, and help ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.

The role emphasizes data collection, online adjustments, preventive maintenance, and training responsibilities. Candidates should have an associate degree in STEM or equivalent, plus hands-on manufacturing or military technical experience.

Qualifications

Associate degree in STEM or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HS diploma plus 1+ year technical certification.
HS diploma plus 1.5+ years hands-on manufacturing experience.
HS diploma plus 1.5+ years military technical experience.
HS diploma plus 1+ years equipment maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

APTDSWA technicians perform functions associated with substrate production, including operations, equipment process and training.
Collect and evaluate operating data to adjust equipment online for efficiency and quality.
Run lots and maintain high production standards.
Perform preventive maintenance and manage spare parts.
Lead improvement processes and address nonstandard events.
Update training manuals and participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team.
Collaborate with Module Engineering to run experiments and support data collection.
