Job summary
Intel Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an APTDSWA Manufacturing Technician to support substrate production with a focus on process optimization and equipment reliability. You will collaborate with Module Engineering to implement equipment changes and collect data for continuous improvement.
The role requires an Associate degree in STEM or equivalent, plus hands-on manufacturing or military technical experience, and a commitment to safety and on-site work.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in STEM or equivalent technical training.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1+ year Technical/trade certification.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years hands-on manufacturing experience.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years of military technical experience.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1+ years of equipment maintenance or related technical field.
- This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate operating data to make online adjustments to equipment for efficiency and quality.
- Run lots ensuring high standards throughout the production process.
- Perform preventive maintenance and manage spare parts.
- Lead improvement processes and address nonstandard events on the production line.
- Update training manuals and manage training levels within the team.
