Intel’s Chandler, Arizona facility is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager – Advanced Packaging to lead a high‑performing team of technicians in a state‑of‑the‑art substrate packaging environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 3+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in STEM with 2+ years.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and execute training plans for technical teams.
• Structured problem-solving via Lean Manufacturing, MBPS, or Six Sigma.
• Lead high-performing teams and maintain a strong floor presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians in maintenance, troubleshooting, and excursion response across shift operations.
• Develop and implement resource plans for corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Oversee tool qualification and capability building to support operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, MBPS, and Six Sigma to enhance safety, quality, cost, and output metrics.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the manufacturing floor to monitor operations and standardize across shifts.
• Establish, evaluate, and execute training plans to develop technician skills.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize performance.
• Manage shift schedules including workstation assignments, rotations, and staffing requests.
• Champion Intel’s values, safety standards, and policies while fostering an inclusive team culture.
