Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking an Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead manufacturing execution for substrate and advanced packaging processes. You will own delivery milestones, drive factory readiness, and oversee safety, quality, cost, and cycle time targets on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with engineering, planning, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve complex issues, enable ramp and technology development milestones, and ensure 24x7 factory readiness with

Qualifications

Experience driving manufacturing execution, factory readiness, or technical deliverables in a manufacturing environment.
Experience driving performance across safety, quality, output, cost, cycle time, staffing, and schedule metrics.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Lean, MBPS, Six Sigma) and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Own and drive advanced packaging manufacturing deliverables and factory readiness across assigned areas.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve equipment and process performance.
Drive safety, quality, cost and cycle-time improvements and manage WIP movement.
