Job summary

Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology Development is seeking an Experienced Hire Manufacturing Manager to lead advanced packaging manufacturing deliverables, drive factory execution readiness, and enable technology milestones. You will own performance, safety, and cost targets, partnering with engineering, planning, quality, and maintenance to resolve complex factory issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related STEM field.
6+ years of experience in manufacturing or related environment.
Experience driving manufacturing execution, factory readiness, equipment performance, and process improvement.
Experience leading cross-functional groups.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, MBPS, Six Sigma and related optimization methods.

Responsibilities

Own and drive manufacturing deliverables across assigned areas, ensuring safety, quality, output, cost, cycle time, and readiness.
Set direction and standards, drive disciplined execution for safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
Develop resource, capacity, and prioritization strategies to maximize equipment availability and throughput.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, planning, quality, and programs to resolve issues and reach milestones.
Lead cross-shift execution and escalations with clear prioritization and rapid decision support.
Support capability building and readiness for ramp, tooling qualification, and advanced packaging requirements.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, MBPS, Six Sigma, and data analytics to improve safety and quality.
