Job summary
Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Advanced Packaging Technology Manufacturing Technician to support substrate production within the APTDSWA organization. You will perform setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance, analyze equipment data, and collaborate with Module Engineering to implement configuration changes.

Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include STEM-related associate degree or equivalent.
- Alternative: STEM bachelor's with 3+ years manufacturing or military experience in lieu of degree.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, and wear respirator as required.
Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate operating data to adjust equipment for online optimization.
- Run production lots with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and manage spare parts.
- Lead process improvements, address nonstandard events, and review system health to support operations.
- Participate in safety forums, Emergency Response Team, and maintain training manuals.
