Job summary
Intel Corporation's Advance Packaging Team in Phoenix is hiring a Manufacturing Technician within the Advanced Packaging Technology Development: Substrate and Wafer Assembly (APTDSWA) organization. You will operate and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment, collect and analyze data, and make online adjustments to sustain quality and efficiency.
The role requires an associate degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience, on-site work, and participation in safety
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a STEM field or related technical certification.
- High School Diploma/GED plus 1+ year technical/trade certification.
- 1.5+ years hands-on manufacturing experience.
- 1.5+ years military technical experience.
- 1+ years experience in equipment maintenance or related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate operating data to optimize equipment and processes.
- Run lots with high quality standards and maintain production workflow.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and manage spare parts.
- Lead improvement initiatives and maintain training manuals for the team.
- Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities.
