Job summary

Intel Corporation in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager Day Shift for Advanced Packaging. You will lead a skilled team of technicians in maintenance, troubleshooting, tool recovery, and daily factory execution, with hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

You will use Lean, Six Sigma, or MBPS to improve safety, quality and productivity while ensuring alignment with corporate values.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or military technical environment.
Master’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or military technical environment.
Experience troubleshooting or supervising repair of complex electromechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
Experience writing or executing technical training plans for industrial technician teams.
Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma/MBPS to drive yield or tool stability.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a shift team of technicians; manage daily assignments, rotations and performance.
Create and execute resource plans for maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
Own shift performance metrics (safety, quality, cost, output) using Lean/Six Sigma/MBPS methods.
Establish and execute technical training plans to upgrade technician skills.
Collaborate with Module Engineering to resolve hardware faults and stabilize processes.
Enforce safety guidelines, factory protocols, and shift policies.
