• Verify quality checks of machines throughout the department.
• Assist supervisor with staffing, rework, and incident investigations.
• Train new employees with the Training Team.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
• Assist operators with setups and troubleshoot downtime.
• Work with maintenance technicians for timely repairs.
• Provide daily feedback on machine and personnel performance.
• Understand production scheduling and data collection programs.
