Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize production equipment for quality and efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, manage spare parts.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and address nonstandard production events.
• Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments and data collection.
• Train and certify team members; maintain current procedures and best practices.
• Champion safety and support Emergency Response Team activities.
• Set up and calibrate equipment to ensure production consistency.
