Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering.
• 2 years of packaging engineering/design experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide packaging design, development and scale-up to assigned units.
• Organize testing, evaluation, and recommendation of package designs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce material costs and improve process efficiency.
• Support sustainability and recyclability of packaging components.
