Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering or related field.
• 10 years engineering experience in manufacturing, automation, or equipment design.
• 3 years in packaging automation, end-of-line systems, robotics or material handling.
• 5 years in machine automation, mechanical systems, product handling, conveyors, robotics and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for packaging automation and end-of-line systems across sites.
• Lead evaluation of technical options through data-driven analysis and risk assessment.
• Define requirements, specifications, layouts, throughput, and acceptance criteria for packaging automation systems.
• Direct project teams across automation, controls, robotics, vision, safety, and process integration.
• Develop automation solutions such as case erectors, robotic pick-and-place, conveyors, labeling and palletizing.
• Collaborate with controls, logistics, and maintenance to ensure scalable solutions.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost increases.
• Support CAPEX planning, project roadmaps, and cost/benefit analysis.
