Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 4+ years of relevant industry experience or PhD with 3+ years experience.
• Technical expertise in semiconductor processing, system controls, opto-mechanics, or mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with robotics, automation systems, vision systems, or image processing.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology development for high-volume manufacturing and future technology nodes, providing process integration and equipment solutions.
• Lead design and development of manufacturing processes, including material selection and parameter optimization.
• Perform pathfinding and roadmap development for future device architectures and processes.
• Optimize production by recommending modifications to equipment and refining techniques.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop enabling elements of technology and cost-saving roadmaps.
• Conduct feasibility studies using simulations and practical engineering methods.
