Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a degree and 3–7+ years in materials science, chemical engineering, physics, electrical/mechanical engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience in semiconductor processing, fabrication or nanotechnology and design of experiments.
• Strong data analysis coding skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific research enabling manufacture of innovative device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specs.
• Participate in development of intellectual property and scale to manufacturing.
• Transfer technology to manufacturing using the Copy Exactly Methodology.
