Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and actions related to patient care and services.
• Schedule patient appointments for treatment in accordance with directives.
• Answer multiline phone systems and retrieve voicemails to determine actions.
• Interview patients for appointments and refer to other clinics as required.
• Provide information to resolve patient concerns and maintain records.
