Responsibilities

• Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments and/or consults.
• Entering no-show information and monitoring appointment requests from multiple electronic sources.
• Coordinating with the clinical team to review clinic utilization and ensure proper setup.
• Communicating with patients, interdisciplinary teams, VA Medical Centers and external agencies.
• Educating providers about shared patients and coordinating follow-up care.
