• Participates in daily tier one huddles and monthly team meetings for patient care planning.
• Coordinates administrative services for veterans, family members, caregivers, and the general public to ensure continuity of inpatient and outpatient care.
• Interprets and applies laws, regulations, directives, and policies related to VA healthcare benefits.
