Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Act as secondary preceptor for new MSA staff.
• Serve as SME on MSA function and duties.
• Fill in as Acting Lead when the Lead is absent.
• Handle escalated calls from other MSAs.
• Assist in training team members in administrative or technical tasks.
• Participate in team meetings on patient care planning and CCAS coordination using VANTS and vendor meetings.
