Job summary

The Advanced Medical Support Assistant (MSA) at Veterans Health Administration (DOVA) provides essential administrative support to physicians, PAs, nurses, and other clinical staff within the VHA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) across Primary Care clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Physicians, Physician’s Assistants, Nurses, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians, Social Workers and other staff within the Primary Care Service area.
• Support interdisciplinary clinics as part of the VHA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) initiative.
