Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a technically strong Program/Capture Manager, Associate Director to lead capture and execution of Advanced Materials programs. This onsite role supports DARPA, AFRL, and ONR and can be located at Andover, MA among others. Active Secret clearance is required with potential Top Secret later.

You will drive winning proposals, manage budgets, mentor teams, and represent Raytheon at conferences to deliver advanced ceramic, metallic, and composite technologies for warfighter needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years of chemical or materials engineering experience.
• Experience in capture management and/or managing technology development programs.
• Experience creating advanced materials research and development projects.
• Network with U.S. Government R&D organizations, labs, FFDRDCs, industry, and academia.
• Active and transferable Secret security clearance required; Top Secret possible after start.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to address customer technology needs and gaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams in white papers and winning proposals.
• Guide program teams to successful execution of technology contracts.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to shape winning teams.
• Develop internal IRAD and capital initiatives to strengthen opportunities.
