RTX’s Advanced Technology Business Unit seeks a Program/Capture Manager, Associate Director to lead capture and execution of advanced materials R&D for DARPA, AFRL, and ONR. U.S. citizens with active security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in chemical or materials engineering.
• Experience in capture management and/or managing technology development programs.
• Experience creating advanced materials R&D projects.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to address technology needs and gaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop white papers and proposals.
• Direct program teams in executing technology-focused contracts.
• Build relationships with customers, industry partners, and labs.
• Develop internal IRAD and capital initiatives to grow opportunities.
