Job summary

Vertiv in Pelzer, SC seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead multiple NPDI projects across Infrastructure Solutions. You will coordinate product transfers, introduce new products, drive process improvements and capital projects to grow site capabilities and standardize manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Management and Operations to meet NPDI milestones, implement best practices, and deliver scalable manufacturing solutions across Vertiv plants.

Qualifications

• BSME/IE/Business Operations Management with 3–5 years manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: MSME/IE/MBA with 5+ years Advanced Manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Align manufacturing plans with product roadmaps and business leaders.
• Oversee End of Line Testing equipment, parameters, scripts, and Capex.
• Lead manufacturing plans for assigned new products per NPDI.
• Support plant-to-plant transfers and new product development programs.
• Identify and pilot Advanced Manufacturing technologies and capital projects.
• Provide cost analyses for new and existing products.
