Qualifications

• BSME/IE/Business Operations Management with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience or 10+ years in high‑mix facilities.
• MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years advanced manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple NPDI and product transfer projects.
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans for new products.
• Coordinate plant transfers, capital projects, and process standardization.
• Support cost analyses and manufacturing readiness checklists.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Management, and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across sites.
