Vertiv in Pelzer, SC seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead multiple NPDI projects across Infrastructure Solutions. You will coordinate product transfers, introduce new products, drive process improvements and capital projects to grow site capabilities and standardize manufacturing processes.
You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Management and Operations to meet NPDI milestones, implement best practices, and deliver scalable manufacturing solutions across Vertiv plants.
Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will lead and oversight multiple projects on Infrastructure Solutions BU, focused on Pelzer Operations leading product transfers, new product introduction programs, process improvements, and capital projects to support Growth for the target sites and the standardization of manufacturing processes across Vertiv plants. This position will also coordinate the development and enforcement of global manufacturing standards and technology leadership. Interact directly with Design Engineering, Program Manager and Operations Team at the target site to coordinate and execute NPDI milestones and deliverables.

Minimum
BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 3-5 years manufacturing experience or equivalent
MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
