Zusammenfassung

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Lewisville, TX. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues to keep apartment communities in top condition.

As part of our maintenance team, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, assist with painting, and help ensure units are rent-ready in a timely fashion. A valid driver’s license and on-call availability are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Strong customer service and resident communication skills.
• Ability to read policies and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
• Familiarity with emergency systems, shutoffs, and operation sequences.
• Knowledge of paint types and basic painting tools.

Aufgaben

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, and related areas.
• Completes assigned service requests promptly and to standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting.
• Maintains a safe work environment by following safety policies.
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
