Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Lewisville, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance issues across our community. You will execute service requests, ensure timely repairs, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of living for residents.

Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Valid driver's license.
On-call rotation availability.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read policies and procedures including SDS, PPE requirements.
Knowledge of painting and general repairs.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and related systems.
Completes assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner to keep the community in good condition.
Performs preventative maintenance and maintains safety standards according to company policies.
Supports maintenance operations and responds to emergencies as needed.
