Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Pleasanton, CA. This full-time role (40 hours) offers a total base pay range of $54,500.00 - $77,500.00 and requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing & electrical work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• On-call schedule rotation may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and related systems.
• Completes service requests promptly and to standard.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Performs preventative maintenance on apartments and systems.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) as needed.
