Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues and repair root causes.
• Maintain detailed maintenance documentation and CMMS records.
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting, parts, and support.
