Technetics Group in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform intermediate maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will support preventive maintenance, help reduce downtime, and ensure safe and reliable operation.

The role offers independent work, potential guidance to junior technicians, and collaboration with production and engineering to prioritize tasks and maintain uptime.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training, technical certification, or coursework in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, grinding equipment, and precision manufacturing equipment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and related equipment issues using diagnostic tools, manuals, schematics, blueprints, and troubleshooting methods.
• Complete moderate to high complexity maintenance tasks independently within established procedures and consult supervision on complex/unprecedented issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supervision to prioritize maintenance work and support production continuity while minimizing downtime.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and modifications by supporting setup, alignment, testing, and verification of safe operation.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and updates within maintenance management systems.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, lockout/tagout, and work procedures.
• Provide guidance or training to Maintenance Technicians or other colleagues while promoting safe practices.
