Job summary

REV Group, Inc. – E-ONE division is seeking a Technician Maintenance II to independently perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and manufacturing systems.

You will diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues, document work, and mentor junior technicians to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include maintaining NC/CNC equipment, facility systems like spray booths and pumps, and communicating with vendors for parts and support.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Proficient with laser alignment equipment.
• Proficient with CMMS and computer-based diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
• Maintain and repair NC/CNC industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical issues; identify and fix leaks.
• Mentor Technician Maintenance I as needed and promote safe practices.
