Qualifications

• Must be able to operate basic fabrication equipment such as Mills, brake press and saw.
• Use measuring equipment to hold specific tolerances.
• Must be able to read blueprint information for layout work to complete tasks on specific machines.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties and responsibilities required of a Fabricator I while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Sets up and operates manual lathes to machine parts to required specifications and tolerances.
• Operates the Whitney punch machine to accurately punch holes and fabricate metal components according to drawings.
• Sets up and operates milling machines to produce precision parts and perform machining operations.
• Safely operates the PMI 2024 single head saw to accurately cut material according to production specifications.
• Sets up and operates the PMI T3 dual headed saw to perform precision cuts while ensuring dimensional accuracy and production efficiency.
• Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed, to maintain workflow or respond to production requirements.
