Job summary

E-ONE, a Terex company in Florida, seeks a Technician Maintenance I to perform basic preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems. You will gain hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems while supporting uptime and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining industrial equipment, following safety procedures, and assisting with installations.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment.
• Ability to read and follow preventive maintenance procedures and work instructions.
• Willingness to learn and take directions from experienced technicians.
• Basic computer skills and CMMS usage for work orders.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings or manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems.
• Maintain and repair industrial equipment such as bandsaws, manual mills, welding equipment, spray guns, and power tools.
• Maintain and repair facility equipment including HVAC systems, fans, heaters, lights, and powered vehicles.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures including lockout/tagout.
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
• Assist with equipment installations and repairs.
• Support production uptime by responding to equipment issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Obtain and maintain E-ONE Bloodborne Pathogens Certification within 3 months.
• Obtain and maintain E-ONE Forklift & Scissor lift certification within 3 months.
