Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician in the Dunmore, PA area to perform intermediate maintenance on chocolate production equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service machinery and facilities to ensure continuous, high-quality production.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical/electrical/plumbing know-how, and proficiency with Maximo CMMS. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected to support 1st/2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Able to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced maintenance on chocolate production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Generate and close work orders in the Maximo CMMS.
• Log spare parts and manage records of maintenance activities.
• Support Level 1 Technicians and training programs.
