Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet and lift up to 75 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document activities.
