Job summary

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Bellevue, WA. 40 hours weekly, with a base pay range of $54,500.00 to $77,500.00. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance to ensure high-quality living spaces.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in monthly on-call rotations while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• On-call rotation availability each month.
• Ability to read policies and safety data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose/repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and more.
• Complete service requests per standards and timelines.
• Make rent-ready vacant apartments promptly and turnkey work as needed.
• Perform apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain safety culture and report hazards per policy.
• Perform hot works (brazing/soldering/welding) per standards.
