Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitoring loans through established workflows.
• Preparing, reviewing, and uploading loan documentation.
• Maintaining loan information within the banks' core and documentation systems.
• Processing loan transactions, payments, payoffs, and verifications.
• Ordering and reviewing title work and appraisals.
• Researching and resolving loan system errors or discrepancies.
• Assist with loan audits.
• Maintain knowledge of system enhancements and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with lenders and departments to provide accurate support.
• Other duties as assigned.
