Coury Hospitality in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Cook III to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner, manage station setup and breakdown, and ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed. This role requires following recipes, operating standard kitchen equipment, and maintaining high food quality and cost control.

The incumbent will train others, work with the team, and meet production schedules. Evening, weekend, or overtime shifts may be required.

Formación

• Must follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
• Proficient knife skills and safe handling of kitchen tools.
• Experience operating standard kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, steamers, and mixers.
• Ability to read recipes and convert measurements.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare foods using methods including steaming, baking, boiling, frying, broiling, and grilling.
• Set up, maintain, and break down assigned kitchen station.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety; follow company policies.
• Assist with line opening/closing and line sweeps.
• Support teammates and respond to supervisor instructions.
