Job summary

The Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences, part of OHSU, is seeking a Computer User Support Analyst 2 to provide advanced end-user IT support for ~100 computers across campus and remote sites. The role includes troubleshooting hardware/software, training users, and coordinating hardware purchases and licensing, with hybrid on-site/remote work options.

Applicants should have at least an associate degree with two years of IT experience or a CS-related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree plus two years’ computer support or IT experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; OR equivalent combination of training/experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced end-user support for core and environment-specific OHSU systems across campus.
  • Troubleshoot network access, hardware, software, printers; perform repairs and part replacements.
  • Coordinate hardware installation, maintenance, and licensing records.
  • Provide training for end users on teleconferencing, video conferencing, and software.
  • Support Exchange Online, email/calendar, and cross-platform software compatibility.
