Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Guilford, CT is seeking an Advanced Program Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee medical services and supervise staff within intellectual disability, mental health, and autism support programs. This full-time, non exempt position ensures quality, person-centered care and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

You will lead goal setting, supervise staff, participate in hiring, manage schedules, monitor service quality, review medications, and coordinate health care

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license (LPN or RN).
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of ID or related field experience.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree with ID experience.
• One year supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program goal-setting aligned with organizational priorities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate staff; participate in hiring.
• Monitor service quality and maintain health and safety compliance.
• Review and administer medications; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Coordinate medical appointments and health-related activities.
