Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks an Advanced Program Supervisor to oversee clinical and program operations, ensuring person‑centered care and compliance with health standards. You will supervise nursing and interdisciplinary staff, coordinate medical services, and mentor a team toward high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active nursing license (LPN or RN), supervisory experience, and the ability to manage admissions, documentation, and health plans.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license (LPN or RN).
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of ID experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree with experience in ID or related field.
• One year of supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program goals aligned with organizational priorities and budgets.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate staff.
• Participate in hiring and selection for supervised positions.
• Coordinate health-related admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Review and administer medications with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals on diagnoses and treatment plans.
