• Create and monitor Individual Support Plans
• Educate staff and monitor implementation of strategies
• Support teams during behavioral incidents and hospitalizations
• Conduct effective team meetings and investigations
• Ensure consistency and regulatory compliance of all clinical documents
• Assist with licensing audits and required documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards
• Complete financial reconciliations and monitor program expenditures
• Prepare program reports and statistical data
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with supervisors and peers
• Seek and participate in professional development opportunities

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective team meetings and serve as point person for investigations
• Ensure consistency and regulatory compliance of all clinical documents
• Assist with licensing audits and required documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards
• Complete financial reconciliations and monitor program expenditures
• Prepare program reports and statistical data
• Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with supervisors, peers, and other employees
• Seek and participate in professional development opportunities
