Keystone Human Services in Guilford, CT is seeking an Advanced Program Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee medical services and supervise staff within intellectual disability, mental health, and autism support programs. This full-time, non exempt position ensures quality, person-centered care and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

You will lead goal setting, supervise staff, participate in hiring, manage schedules, monitor service quality, review medications, and coordinate health care

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license (LPN or RN).
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of ID or related field experience.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree with ID experience.
• One year supervisory or management experience preferred.

Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.The Advanced Program Supervisor oversees all aspects of program operations to ensure financial, personnel, and service goals are met. This role provides direct supervision of medical services, including psychiatric care, medication management, assessments, diagnoses, counseling, and treatment using the full nursing process.
