Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and service work on residential/light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
- Promote products and services to customers; document work using handheld device.
- Coordinate with dispatcher to report status and availability.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and stock; handle parts delivery and pickup.
- Work under supervision of Field Supervisor or General Manager and adhere to safety policies.
